Add Plugins to Paint.NET
Paint.net is a great image editing tool and kind of the free Photoshop.
However, Plugins make this program even more awesome than it already is!
Don't know how to add plugins though? Here's a tutorial!
TEXT TUTORIAL
1. Find the .DLL file (your paint.net plugin) you want to add,
2. Copy the DLL (incase you lose it)
3. Find and go to where paint.net is on your PC (usually Program Files)
4. Open the "Effects" folder
5. Paste the DLL there
6. Close the folder, Wait 10 seconds and launch Paint.NET!
7. Now in paint.net open the "Effects" tab and your effect should be there!
